When it comes to setting out on any project the most important factor is making an informed decision about which company to use.

Over and above the usual trade associations and memberships, it is also sometimes necessary to seek reviews as to how each company is performing.

PB Properties is a fully vetted member of Checkatrade.com which provides ‘real-time’ and up to date feedback on a company’s reputation, including detailed evaluation of  individual projects.

Checkatrade also has a ‘before & after’ gallery

The vetting process includes checking out insurance, qualifications and professional memberships; but what makes Checkatrade invaluable is their commitment to monitoring work on an ongoing basis by collecting observations directly from customers. Since 1998 they have collected 243,159 customer reports highlighting the strengths and weaknesses of all listed companies.

PB properties is proud to be part of such an exacting scheme and you can check out our ‘before & after’ photo gallery and profile on Checkatrade.com.

Rental Property In Suffolk

Unwind and relax in the countryside at this small & pretty cottage situated in the peaceful Suffolk village of Fressingfield. The village is well known for the popular Fox and Goose restaurant inside the historic Tudor Guildhall. There’s also a good pub, The Swan, and a well stocked village shop.

Downstairs there’s an open plan living/kitchen/dining room and upstairs you’ll find a double bedroom, a dressing room and a shower room. Outside there’s a patio garden with a table and chairs and off road parking. There are many lovely walks nearby and the cottage welcomes one well-behaved dog.
